Before joining Titan, she led communications teams serving local, national, and international clients. Her career has spanned leadership in nonprofit management, consumer engagement, and brand strategy, always grounded in relationship-driven communication and trust building.
At Titan, Jessica oversees customer service operations for the home warranty division, ensuring every client has a seamless, informed experience from inspection to coverage. She develops communication strategies that strengthen connections among inspectors, agents, and homeowners while supporting Titan’s brand consistency and client care standards.
Jessica is known for her clear communication style, empathy-driven service, and strategic planning expertise. Her background in both public relations and operations helps bridge the gap between technical detail and customer understanding. She thrives on creating processes that are both efficient and human centered.
By far, her favorite part of the job is building relationships; whether with homeowners, service technicians, or agents, and turning complex warranty questions into reassuring, easy-to-understand answers.

Outside of work, Jessica is an avid endurance athlete and has completed more than 30 marathons, including the Seattle Marathon. She enjoys all aspects of outdoor life; watching the sunrise from her SUP, hiking with her Wire-Haired Pointing Griffon Wilma or exploring dirt roads around the country on a tandem bike with her husband Chris.
