Titan had an extremely complete website that sold me on their service. They were easy to communicate with and even though I was outside their normal service area they were able to provide an inspection (additional cost, but reasonable).Alyson was on time and communicated her arrival time about 30 minutes before she arrived.The inspection was thorough and the report was delivered the next morning.Overall I was very happy with Titan and would recommend them highly. 5 Stars!Thanks again.

Jens was awesome. First time meeting him, he was meticulous in his inspection, and took the time to explain everything. Not only was it very educational, but more importantly I learned critical information on our prospective purchase. He was very willing to even give his recommendations on how/why to do certain repairs and upgrades based on his extensive experience inspecting other properties, so I appreciated that. Scheduled an inspection with the Titan Group. Their team was quick to reach out and verify the appointment. The entire process including the reporting could be managed with an online account. Antoine was assigned to assist (he is a great inspector). He came and made a very thorough check of an older house. He checked the house top to bottom, including the additional list of items I had. He is personable and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and clearly explained potential causes for issues with the house. He had the report ready within a day of the inspection. The sewer inspection portion could not be completed due to the problems with the plumbing. I was refunded for that. Overall, this was a stressless experience. You can't go wrong with the help of a Titan inspector.

I called one day and they were out the next morning. Jordan did a great job, was easy to work with, he even unclogged my bathroom drain! When he said, “ we are here to help” I believed him! Titan was able to come out to do a sewer scope quickly. They charged a fair price at the lower end of the normal range. Their report was easy to download and easy to understand. We just bought our first house and when we googled home inspectors, Titan was the first company that popped up with 5/5 stars with thousands of reviews. When we checked the prices, they seemed reasonable so we thought there had to be a catch- it just seemed too obvious to go with Titan. We booked the inspection, which was super easy on their website, and from that point on we could see why they had such great reviews. Communication was quick, clear, perfect. Our inspector, Lyz, was on time, thorough, professional, and super friendly. The inspection report is user friendly, easy to read, and full of clear pictures and recommendations. Being first time home buyers, everything about buying a home has been kind of new and scary- having Lyz/Titan do our inspection gave us invaluable confidence. Can't recommend Titan enough.

Wow! Great company!!! Hire them you won’t regret it!!I hired a different company before Titan and I was extremely unsatisfied with the inspection. I then called Titan and was greeted with a competent friendly receptionist who was able to schedule me quickly. Even though the location was quite a distance Brian Dodds arrived early, met my realtor and began his process. I have only the greatest praise for Brian’s expertise in his field, short explanations and excellent photos of everything! My apprehension was gone. Nothing was overlooked. Thank you Brian, it is rare to find such a kind professional. My highest recommendation goes to Titan Inspection Services!

Titan did an inspection in July. His report was very thorough, I appreciate the detailed description of each and every issue. He also provided links to videos where the home owner can fix some of the issues, but also indicated where you should have a professional perform the tasks. The report arrived the following morning which was so helpful in planning and making decision on whether to purchase or not. In addition to all this, he was so informational while on site, really took time to explain that some things should be done asap whereas others can wait for a bit longer, which provided me with relief, so that you knew what's what and plan.

Well, all I can say is they were so good!Here is some story, I tried reaching out to multiple inspection service vendors and most of them had 101 questions to which I had no answer, unlike Titan Inspection .As a first time home buyer, we did not have much time to understand all the factors that comes with Inspection and was confusing.However, Titan made the entire process super easy! In June 2023, I had Tristan from the Maple Valley WA office inspect two homes. I did not end up going through with the purchase on the first home due to Tristan’s findings, which were thorough, informative, and well-communicated. Because of this experience, I requested Tristan again a few weeks later when I was considering another home. Again, he was exceptional and I ended up buying that home feeling comfortable that I was coming into the transaction with an abundance of knowledge about the property. Tristan is fantastic!As for Titan themselves, I have found them to be extremely quick, responsive, and friendly. Plus, their inspection report format is very accessible and savvy. I went through them twice and would use them again the next time I am buying a home—which probably won’t be for a long time thanks to their help and service!

Incredibly quick to schedule and come out (even did the inspection on the 4th of July scheduled 2 days before). We had Shawn come to the house. I was looking to buy my first condo, and I was recommended Titan Inspection services. I had Alyson for the inspection and both her and the whole team at Titan were amazing. They answered all of my questions and when I didn't know something they never once made me feel bad about it. Bought a new home, realized last minute (2 days before closing) that we didn't have the house inspected. After doing research, I realized this company doesn't appear to have a bad rating at any review website. I saw the example reports on their site and felt more comfortable. I made a last minute appointment online for the next day and within a short time I had an email, and then I was able to text with the inspector, who was super friendly. I wasn't there for the inspection, but Alyson let me know when she was done with her appointment before mine, AND I was aware of when she arrived and when she left. She told me she would have the report to me by 9am the next morning, and she did! The report was easy to open and review. Due to Alyson's thorough inspection, multiple things were noted with photos and recommendations to reduce the wear and tear of certain areas outside the home. A home inspection is absolutely worth it. I wouldn't have known about any of the issues that she pointed out until it was too late. Titan Inspection Services is awesome. I'd recommend them to anyone.

The whole process was pleasant from start to finish. The scheduler that I worked with was so friendly and kind and I could get my inspection done within a few days of the phone call. Very happy with Titan Inspection Services. Brian came out and performed our inspection and he was thorough with our new construction home. I work in commercial construction so I was familiar with most of the things he was looking at and understood what he was explaining when it came to concerns.Overall, he was happy with the build and found a few miscellaneous items that needed minor attention but nothing regarding safety or structural integrity. Our builder is in the process of building our new house for us and we wanted to make sure things were good while it was easy to correct before the drywall goes up. We chose Titan Inspection Services because we liked what they said on their website. Great communication from the start. Jens was the inspector that we were matched with. He is awesome, friendly, and very helpful. He pointed out items that we didn't see and brought up some things to be mindful of. He even answered my follow up questions after he provided a very thorough report. It was very helpful to have the detailed report with pictures to give the builder to address the items.
