Coverage begins the day the policy is paid for and expires either one year or two years later that date depending on the warranty term that you purchased.

No matter the age, if your appliances are in good working condition at the time of inspection they will be covered. If they are reported not to work during the inspection then they will need to be repaired to working condition before we can cover them under the warranty.

Our phones, email and support systems are monitored 7 days a week. You can reach out through phone or email or file a claim on the website and we will reach out to you as quickly as possible. If you have an urgent issue you may also call the Titan office and a person will answer from 8 am-8 pm 7 days a week.

You can call or text the warranty office 7 days a week from 8 am-8 pm or you can file a claim on our website 7 days a week 24 hrs a day.

Yes, you are required to pay a $125.00 service fee per claim and that’s it. This fee covers the travel cost of the service provider. This fee is per item unless the same service provider can address multiple claims in one service call.

If a covered item that needs to be replaced is not available or you want to choose a different unit all together, we will give you the max payout for that item. An example would be if your dishwasher stopped working and we could not repair it you could select a comparable unit or an upgraded unit and we would give you a max of $650 towards that cost.
