Very happy with Titan Inspection Services. Brian came out and performed our inspection and he was thorough with our new construction home. I work in commercial construction so I was familiar with most of the things he was looking at and understood what he was explaining when it came to concerns.Overall, he was happy with the build and found a few miscellaneous items that needed minor attention but nothing regarding safety or structural integrity. Brian's thoroughness and careful attention to detail, paired with his knowledge in the industry is why we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brian and Titan Inspection to anyone needing a home inspection service.

Our builder is in the process of building our new house for us and we wanted to make sure things were good while it was easy to correct before the drywall goes up. We chose Titan Inspection Services because we liked what they said on their website. Great communication from the start. Jens was the inspector that we were matched with. He is awesome, friendly, and very helpful. He pointed out items that we didn't see and brought up some things to be mindful of. He even answered my follow up questions after he provided a very thorough report. It was very helpful to have the detailed report with pictures to give the builder to address the items. We plan on using them again once everything is built.

Titan inspection is the best. Our realtor suggested them and we're so glad they did. Very, very professional, polite to the point. Explained everything answered our questions to where we understood. The report is fantastic there's no questions it's alright there on paper.( online) Did not act like he was in a hurry. Made sure we were confident in what he was saying. I would definitely hire him again or suggest to my friends and family if they need a inspection service to definitely hire Titan inspections!!!

Titan Inspection did a great job! They came out within 24 hours notice. They provided communication about the costs up front, were timely and kept me updated about their progress. Brian and team were thorough, provided great insight into repairs and their level of urgency. My inspector was Lyz, who was very professional and informative, and went above and beyond in her explanations. Shawn was excellent! He did a very thorough job and took time to explain what he's looking for. He had some excellent DIY suggestions for things I could fix on my own. I appreciated his professionalism and as a first time home buyer he made me feel like I have a thorough understanding of what I'm purchasing. The report was available next day and is awesome for keeping track of what we discussed as well being able to share it with my handy friends/family for their opinions. Our inspector Emmitt was wonderful to work with. He was very friendly, on time, and took time to explain his findings. We received our detailed report with photos to review the next day by email. Scheduling was easy to do online but they did ask me to reschedule twice which didn’t seem to prioritize what works best for me. Either way, it worked out and our inspector made it worth the inconvenience. I would recommend this company for inspection services.
