Our Seattle home inspectors complete 120 hours of state-certified training and an initial 40 hours of field training before taking both State and National exams. At Titan, we spend an additional minimum of 300 hours in the field with our inspectors until they are ready to give our clients their best. Home inspectors are actually required to use only a few types of equipment. In theory, an inspector could perform an inspection that complies with the Standards of Practice using only two pieces of equipment: a flashlight and an electrical tester capable of testing ground-fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) devices. The specific items inspectors use may vary with climate zone, the type of inspections they offer, the type of home being inspected, and personal preference.

The reports are typically sent by 9 a.m. the next day, but we can sometimes get reports to you on the same day if you’re in a pinch.

We were buying and selling a home at the same time and worked with Titan on both ends of the deal. They were super easy to schedule, prompt, and thorough. They provided a detailed report very quickly after we met that included pictures to make it clear what things needed to be addressed. In the case of the pre-inspection we asked them to complete on the property we were selling, they gave us the chance to update some of the issues that needed to be addressed and included those improvements in the final version of the report. They work directly with the realtors, too, to facilitate the information getting to where it needed to go. Great experience all the way around.
Jordan was awesome. We are first-time home buyers and didn't know what to expect. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Our report was very detailed and hit on every little thing that the average person never would have thought to check. We were able to get the seller to take 5k off the price to allow us to fix the couple issues needing to be addressed immediately, and have our report to reference as an ongoing to-do list for the rest of the repairs over time. One of the best things is for every issue, they will tell you whether you need to hire a professional or if it can be DIY. They also give you great info on how much some things might cost so you don't get screwed over. Overall wonderful service and well worth the money!

They did a great job inspecting the new house we just bought which is a new build. The inspector found a few things that I was grateful to have fixed before we close. I even brought my dad to the inspection and he was impressed answering all my dad’s questions! The report of the house was very thorough with pictures/recommendations with even small things to maintain so we don’t run into issues with the house years down the road. They also did a septic scope to make sure everything was installed correctly and they sent me a YouTube video of it!
The inspector that inspected our home to be was very polite, informative, and helpful with his observations and recommendations. The best part was getting a very detailed report on everything that the house needs improvement on, repairs needed, and things that need immediate attention. We were very impressed with the thorough inspection we received from Titan, specifically with Jens! As he started the inspection of our attic, he noticed the plastic cover on the tape sealing the attic access was not ever removed by our roofers (9 years ago), thus letting humidity from house into the attic. He fixed that on the spot. We were specifically wanting an unbiased opinion on whether there was a mold problem (as reported by an attic insulation company). He did find some mold, but did not feel it was as extensive as previously reported. He gave us great advice as how to proceed, which will save us much money from the original attic company. Jens was knowledgable, considerate, and honest. I definitely recommend using a home inspection company before any major repair work, and Titan/Jens proved to be all that!
Working with Billy was great. When I got there he was already on the roof checking stuff out. The inspection was thorough but completed in a timely manner. He made my client feel very comfortable asking questions about the house. Communication was great from scheduling to receiving the inspection report. Will definitely use again!

We bought the house which was inspected by Titan, and it was done by seller so we were not present. Jaime’s inspection report was very very thorough and really helpful as a buyer. They are very sincere and serious about their job and it shows in their work and commitment to their customers. They had missed inspecting a really hard to find spot and when brought to their attention, they went above and beyond and came to inspect that. I really appreciate their commitment and thoroughness.

Titan is fairly priced, shares experience, knowledge and gives guidance. Clear and super helpful punch list with pictures. They set the bar!

This is not my first, or even my fifth, home purchase and I have never had a better inspection service than I have with Titan. Jens Stolsig was wonderful, he walked me through everything he was doing, explained how things worked and what he was seeing. I was especially concerned about he appliances since they are older, and he spent even more time addressing my concerns and offering possible solutions (this will need a handyman while this other thing is going to need a licensed professional).They were super easy to schedule, and then when I scheduled them for the wrong date, they were super easy to change. Amazing customer service, knowledgeable inspectors, incredibly reasonable price. I will use them for any home I purchase from now on.

Absolutely great experience with Titan Inspection. Ben did an extremely thorough job and identified many items that were missed on the prior inspection. The depth and clarity of their report was the best I have seen and became a blue print for my "fix it" list. They even include helpful tips and maintenance lists in their report. Highly recommended!
Five stars for inspector Ben. He was great, no complaints. One* star for Titan Inspection Services. Their website stated that the price of our inspection would be $520 based on the size of the house. I called to confirm that there would be no additional fees, such as for the location of the house. I told them where the house is located. The person I spoke to confirmed that there are no fees for where the house is located. I received and signed the contract for $520. I then got a phone call from Titan informing me that--due to the location of the house--there would be a $100 fee and my already-signed contract would be updated to $620. This fee was to cover the cost of a ferry ticket ($30). So even if you take out the price of a ferry ticket, it's still a $70 fee for the location of the house after being assured there would be no fees. Overall one star because no one reads 2- or 3-star reviews and that is bad business practice.UPDATED REVIEW: Brian from Titan Inspection called to explain the reason for the misunderstanding on their end and offered a refund of the $100 ferry fee. Updating review to four stars because I still disagree with a $100 charge rather than merely covering the cost of a ferry ticket but very much appreciate the communication.

If you want a quality house inspection done right done by a professional who will tell you exactly what you need to know and hear, look no further than Brian. We could have asked for a better inspector. Brian is extremely knowledgeable and kind. He gushed about features our home had that we did not even know about, which made us more excited to purchase the property. Brian is very good at not persuading the buyer one way or the other on a home, he just tells you the facts and lets you decide how you want to proceed. The report was incredibly detailed, and the pictures were clear. Brian was also very easy to reach if we had any questions. We would gladly have him over any time. You cannot get any better than Brian.

We used the inspection service for our new closing home from Titan and we are super satisfied with their service. Our inspector is Jens and he is very professional and supportive.Before we arrived, the inspector already used the drone to check the outside of the house and identify the parts that could be improved even that's a new built home. In the later on checking inside, he checked everything very carefully and take pictures for all the things that could be improved.On the early morning of the second day (on a Saturday morning), a report with full details was already sent to my email inbox and that speeds up the fixing by the builder and everything went smoothly with his great suggestions.I highly recommend Titan Inspection Services for everyone.
Jens was a great inspector. Super detail oriented and made sure every nook and corner was thoroughly checked. He even suggested best ways to fix some of these minor issues found during home inspection. At the end he wrote a very detailed report highlighting each recommendation. Very efficient and easy to communicate.

I’ve been around for other people having an inspection and there is no comparison. The greatest difference is your report. Not only is there a picture reference but Ben took the time to recommend a product (direct link to Home Depot) to DIY the repair ourselves or what type of contractor or specialist we would need. He also put in our scheduled maintenance tips and as first time buyers that is something most people might overlook! Our realtor was also very pleased with your services and she took down Ben’s information, he needs business cards!
Titan Inspection Services is great! They were able to schedule an inspection on short notice and on a weekend to boot. The report was thorough and their pricing is so reasonable.The inspector, Ben, was super nice and took his time to explain things throughout the inspection and answer any questions I had about the things he saw or concerns I had. He even followed up with me a couple days later to make sure I didn't have any questions about the report.It's unlikely I'll be buying another home in the near future, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to use Titan again, and will recommend them to anyone who needs a home inspection.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Not only are these people professional and absolutely wonderful at what they do, they’re kind and made this stressful, nasty sewer cleaning a breeze. I wasn’t able to make it to the appointment but my real estate broker went on my behalf and I heard nothing but good things about the job. Due to the property being neglected for so long from COVID-19 and squatters we’ve been unable to take good care of this property, and this company did an outstanding job on cleaning out the sewer even though it was an extremely messy and smelly job. Definitely will be hiring these people again for future projects! Thank you guys!!
Jaime Martinez was early and did a very thorough job. The report I received included detailed pictures and descriptions of all the items/areas inspected. The report was written for a lay person to read and included links to more detailed information. The thumbs up/down pictures were a nice touch.

Alyson was awesome! After attempting five other businesses to no avail, Titan answered first try. Alyson was my inspector for a port orchard home I’m looking to buy. Although a few minutes late, she gave me a heads up that she would be due to some unforeseen traffic. No biggie.Once on-site, she took a moment to listen to our concerns and areas we wanted extra attention on, then she got right to work. She spent the better part of two hours, in, on, under, and around the home. Taking pictures and notes along the way. Scheduled an inspection with the Titan Group. Their team was quick to reach out and verify the appointment. The entire process including the reporting could be managed with an online account. Antoine was assigned to assist (he is a great inspector). He came and made a very thorough check of an older house. He checked the house top to bottom, including the additional list of items I had. He is personable and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and clearly explained potential causes for issues with the house. He had the report ready within a day of the inspection. The sewer inspection portion could not be completed due to the problems with the plumbing. I was refunded for that. Overall, this was a stressless experience. You can't go wrong with the help of a Titan inspector.

Titan did an inspection in July. His report was very thorough, I appreciate the detailed description of each and every issue. He also provided links to videos where the home owner can fix some of the issues, but also indicated where you should have a professional perform the tasks. The report arrived the following morning which was so helpful in planning and making decision on whether to purchase or not. In addition to all this, he was so informational while on site, really took time to explain that some things should be done asap whereas others can wait for a bit longer, which provided me with relief, so that you knew what's what and plan.

In June 2023, I had Tristan from the Maple Valley WA office inspect two homes. I did not end up going through with the purchase on the first home due to Tristan’s findings, which were thorough, informative, and well-communicated. Again, he was exceptional and I ended up buying that home feeling comfortable that I was coming into the transaction with an abundance of knowledge about the property. Bought a new home, realized last minute (2 days before closing) that we didn't have the house inspected. After doing research, I realized this company doesn't appear to have a bad rating at any review website. I saw the example reports on their site and felt more comfortable. I made a last minute appointment online for the next day and within a short time I had an email, and then I was able to text with the inspector, who was super friendly. I wasn't there for the inspection, but Alyson let me know when she was done with her appointment before mine, AND I was aware of when she arrived and when she left. She told me she would have the report to me by 9am the next morning, and she did! The report was easy to open and review. Due to Alyson's thorough inspection, multiple things were noted with photos and recommendations to reduce the wear and tear of certain areas outside the home. Shawn was excellent! He did a very thorough job and took time to explain what he's looking for. He had some excellent DIY suggestions for things I could fix on my own. I appreciated his professionalism and as a first time home buyer he made me feel like I have a thorough understanding of what I'm purchasing. The report was available next day and is awesome for keeping track of what we discussed as well being able to share it with my handy friends/family for their opinions. Our inspector Emmitt was wonderful to work with. He was very friendly, on time, and took time to explain his findings. We received our detailed report with photos to review the next day by email. Scheduling was easy to do online but they did ask me to reschedule twice which didn’t seem to prioritize what works best for me. Either way, it worked out and our inspector made it worth the inconvenience. I would recommend this company for inspection services.
