Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and knowledgeable Home Inspector to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of building systems, and a passion for helping clients navigate the home buying process with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive inspections of residential properties, including structural components, roofing, exterior features, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Identify and document defects, safety hazards, and maintenance issues in detailed inspection reports.
Utilize advanced tools and technology to assess property conditions accurately.
Communicate findings clearly and effectively to clients, providing them with the information needed to make informed decisions.
Stay updated on industry standards, building codes, and best practices to ensure compliance and deliver top-notch service.

Qualifications:

Completion of 120 hours of state-certified training and an initial 40 hours of field training.
Successful passage of both State and National exams.
Background in construction, providing a solid foundation for identifying and understanding property issues.
Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
Proficient in using inspection tools and software for reporting.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
